Shoppers looking for lava lamps and Happy happy joy Joy t-shirts were frustrated in their quest by a 40- by 40-foot cement icon of a glacier placed directly in front of the entrance to Spencer’s Gifts. The owner of the logo, who was not immediately reachable, later conceded that the snafu was entirely his daughter’s fault.
